Default I need a bit of advice....

I'm new to this page here so I want to say hello to all my fellow honda owners. Anyway, I'm having problems with my speedometer. I doesnt work. I took it to the mechanic thinking it was electrical and he said it was something with my map sensor. Is that possible? I thought the map sensor had something to do with air flow... Maybe someone else has had this happen and can explain how to fix this problem.

It's not your map sensor, its your Vehicle Speed Sensor (VSS). It's a common thing to go out on Hondas. It's a sensor that sits on top of the rear of the transmission. One electrical plug and two bolts...pulls right out.
