I recently won 538 dollars on 2 dollars at a casino (slots) and hoped to tuck it away. However, this Verizon store up here doesn't understand why the Maryland stores offered to replace my phone retail minus 25%. So I just plopped 445 dollars on a replacement. I am mad, very mad. Then to transfer my phonebook, they wanted 10 dollars - to plug fucking plug my phone into a machine!??! My 2-year agreement can't end soon enough.

 

I've said it once and I'll say it again. Verizon customer service is the worst.

 

One of the reasons why I like GSM. All of your contacts are saved on the SIM card. Transferring your phone book is as easy as pulling out the chip and placing it in the new phone. h:

 

I said to the guy "Both the Gaithersburg and Rockville stores offered to replace my phone retail minus 25%...so for 330.74."

"We only follow that policy if your phone is stolen. I don't know why they would offer you that. We can't do that for you here."

So I slam my old phone on the counter and said "Fine, just give me the fucking replacement."

my mom got free replacements and phonebook transfers when she went into a Verizon store, she was like :gorgeous: and got whatever :rofl:
she got 3 new phones because it kept fucking up :hsughr:

but yeah, Verizon fucking sucks. What phone did you have again? If you had cingular, you could have bought an even better phone off of ebay for cheaper h:
