Default Why do others car about what you do, more than yourself

Well, what you think of me or my car, I decided to really sell it about a week or so ago. Unlike last time, I decided to sell it, I decided to move on.

As much as I love my crx, it's just not me anymore. I loved it to death, but I'm maturing and need a newer car with air conditioning, room for storage, and something I will not be afraid to dirty up and take to far away places.

I never drove it because I was always afraid of the worse. I'll regret selling it, but life will continue. I need to concentrate on a lot of other things than dumping money into a car.

This car is just not for me any more. In the past 2-3 years the car has never been driven in the rain, has been stored or parked during the winter months (first snow flake until roads are salt cleared and warm) and rarely driven in the summer, except weekends.

It is too nice for me to do my daily routines in and doesn’t get me around when I need it to (winter and summer). I babied the car so much. I really had OCD with keeping it perfect. Everyone who has ever seen the car can vouch on the cleanliness of it.

Anyways, everyone I know is basically begging me to keep it, and it's so annoying. They have no idea where I am coming from or my needs. Why do people get so worried about my own descions!!!!! it's not your life.

any input?

CLiff notes: selling my car to get something more practical, peers get ignornat and madd at me for selling it.

It's okay dude just let it all out. You just need to let go of your anger and move on. It is definantley a nice car, but people are just telling you to keep it cuz they don't have nothin that nice and they're just telling you what they would do. You've just proven to yourself that you can appreciate your shit. Not too many ppl can say that. I think you made a wise decision, you've had your fun with it not let someone else.

How much did you get for it BTW?

Your peers will eat their words and eventually follow, it's guaranteed.

they have probably seen the car develop into what it is now and love it just as much as you do. maybe they'll be sad to see it go.
