1994 Acura Integra LS - $1500 (Massachusetts)
SOLD! SOLD! SOLD! SOLD! SOLD! SOLD! SOLD! SOLD! SOLD! SOLD! SOLD!
The car:
1994 Acura Integra LS
2-door coupe
5-speed transmission
178K miles
Red color
The Good
The car is in great mechanical shape, starts up every time winter or summer. Does not overheat, does not leak fluids, passes emissions every time without a problem. This car has always been driven carefully (I like to drive conservatively to save gas) and gets about 27MPG city + highway. The whole muffler system has been replaced with an aftermarket brand name (Greddy) one. The sporty exhaust is not loud and gives it a nice deep tone when driving. I replaced it with an aftermarket one because the original one rusted out and this gives it a bit more pep and fuel economy.
The Bad
The car is NOT in great cosmetic shape. The there are minor rust spots on the usual locations for most Hondas from the early 90's and paint is not in great shape. The rear quarter panel is rust free however because I had that fixed a while ago.
Things to note is that the FRONT DRIVER side CV joint will need to be replaced. It clicks when turning indicating its worn. This is a common issue with this generation Integra and will cost $220 to fix. If you do not have time to fix it yourself, simply add $220 to the final negotiated price and I'll take it for you before we exchange documents.
Also note that the A/C does not work currently. It needs a recharge but the compressor (the most expensive part) is in great working order. I have recharged it sucessfully in the past but it'll leak back out in a week or so, so there is a leak somewhere in the system.
The rear rotors also need a good resurfacing or maybe replacing.
Also note that the car has 178k miles. Every 90k miles every car with a timing belt (like this one) needs to have it replaced. This car had it done at 100k so its almost time for it to be replaced again. I want to make sure that the buyer understands this and not hide that important observation like some others sellers do. This is NORMAL MAINTENANCE that every car with a timing belt needs, not something wrong with the car.
Asking price is $1500 located in Waltham, MA. I have sold and bought cars via private party before so I'll tell you how to proceed if you need me to do. Thanks for looking, PLEASE EMAIL ME rather than PM because I'll check it more often. wtfxxx at the gmail. Use something like "Integra for sale" for the title so I dont think its spam

to bad you did no t want t o do a trade i would have to you to fix the cv joint and the ac and we have a trade and you are only about 3 hours from me we could have met up and handle this. just dont have the money now but hey we will see. got pics of teh rust tho? if teh quater panels are fine then the otehr spots should not be that much of a problem. um it will be much easier if you send them email or even reply cuz i check it every hour on the hour. dreadman23@aol.com
dread_accord: Sure I can fix the CV joint if you add the cost to it to the final price, thats no problem I have a trusted mechanic who did the other side before.

J66Fizzle: Emailed you back.
Fibercation.com: I apologise if you wish to call dibs on it. Something like this is usually first pay first buy simply because people always flake on buying cars and its hard for a buyer to actually come thru. Lots of interest, but when it comes to paying its still up.
