Default Replacing stock cd player in prelude

Sooo, I have been searching for a while, and I can not find the answer to this:

If I wanted to replace the stock cd player in my 99 Prelude with an Alpine model, do I need to do anything special? It sounds like the AFBS gives problems and I do not want to mess anything up.

Thanks

Does your car have a factory alarm, ABS, and power options?
