Jdm Itr Pistons In My Ls/vtec Set-up
I've been running my ls vtec for about a year but now i want to do a piston upgrade!! I want to us the jdm itr pistons because of the higher CR, the problem is that when i used two different CR calculators i came up with 2 different ratio's. i used all of the same variables for both but i'm getting 12.2:1 and 11.8:1 are either of these close to what i should expect. I know that a "stock" ls vtec is about 9.5:1. I just know i have power and i want more and still keep it N/A!!!
my current set-up contain:
eagle ls vtec conversion kit, gsr crank/ piston bearings, edelbrock high volume fuel rail, Skunk 2 intake manifold, dc sport 4.2.1 headers, test pipe

I'm adding:
jdm ITR pistons, Apexi vafc 2, Unorthodox crank Pulleys, Lightweight flywheel, stage 2 clutch, Lsd ( i need this with my current set up anway), ARP Rodbolts
Valvetrain will be done at the end of the summer!!
