ok i have a 96' hb with a d16y7 engine, the throttle body is dead center and facing up, as all of you know im sure, but i found this intake manifold and was wondering if i could install it and what it would take. i tried doing a search and i couldnt find anything, i figure i just had wording wrong, but i also already have an cai for for my car that fits this still intake manifold, not the style on my car now

 

Well first off we will need to know what intake mnai you plan on installing? What motor/car it came off of?

Yeah, it'll work on your engine - or at least it says it will. Just choose the appropriate application when you purchase it... year, car and whatnot.

 

well i was going to but then i was afraid they would send me one like the one i have now and not one that the throttle body faces the fender

 

Judging by the image, looks as though it faces the fender, never used this product so I have no first hand knowledge.

 

has anyone actually converted over to this style, or seen it done before? i looked online all night and i couldnt find anything
