Default Intake pipe air mass sensor and electrics

Hi people, forgive me if this is a common thread, but i couldnt find anything on it.

Im in the UK, i have an EK 1997 1.5i LS Civic.

Now i bought a new air filter and am using my standard piping. This is way to short and so i've found a guy online that can make a nice long pipe to place my filter in the corner where lots of nice cold air will be.

Trouble is, my original pipe has an air mass sensor, a second thin hardish pipe going into the engine and some electrics.

How do i go about inegrating these into the new metal pipe?

Here is a photo of my original pipe, the stuff in blue is whats attached at the moment.
Anyone out there put a metal intake pipe on that had all these other connections before?

Thanks

But they dont have holes for air mass sensors just the breather pipes. Will the car run with no air mass sensor on top?

Look at ebay and make sure it has the bungs you need for breathers and sensors. When i bought my Em1 it had a ebay special intake tube and filter and the sensor was on there.

OK think i figured it out. That black thing on my pipe is a resonator box, just hollow inside. The electrics was the air mass sensor which slides in. And the other thin pipe is the breather. Found one on ebay that has the rubber hole for the sensor. So its all ok.

Thanks anywayz

You do not have a mass air sensor. You have a manifold pressure sensor, or MAP. I can see it in your picture, it's the black box on top of the throttle body.
