Default Honda Civic 96-2000:Rear disc conversion

Before people start flaming me about how this has been beaten to death, I have to say i have been searching and i get alot of 92-95 and 2001+ threads but no 96-00, my wording is probably wrong, i have checked out the website http://repo.jackmoves.com/v/erik/album53/album55/ that is posted in the resources.

What i want to know is exactly which parts i need to purchase, I cant seem to find that anywhere, all it says in the above link is "rear trailing arms from a 2k integra gsr purchased from www.sohfast.com " but is that all i need?

Please Help with either a link or advice

EDIT : Are these worth it? http://www.passwordjdm.com/product.a...For=&PT_ID=256

dont know if it has been mentioned but you will also need a proportioning valve setup for rear disks (like one off of an SI for example)

this link discusses it..
