91 Accord, rear-end damage. 120k, $400. Long Island .
91 Honda Accord SE, all options, silver in color. 120k miles on it.
Located in Coram, Long Island, New York.
$300
Got into a rear-end collision, I've heard an estimate of $1600 to fix but don't hold me to that at all. All that's necessary for it to work are the exhaust needs to be fixed and the passenger tailight replaced. At this point it is driveable and the tailight works although busted, but the exhaust is loud as hell and i s getting worse, and the tailight glass is cracked and gone.
Here is what's wrong with the car:
- No Radio, trim area somewhat cracked around radio hole.
- No trunk carpet
- Passenger Rear 1/4 Panel dented, busted.
- Back bumper busted.
- Trunk sill busted (?)
- Rear speakers included, but not installed. Stock speakers.
- Passenger tailight busted.
- Exhaust busted.
- Leather seats are cracking / have rips in mostly obscure areas, not horrible.
- Anti-Lock Brakes not working correctly, light appears.
What's good with the car:
- Relatively low mileage - 120k. Mechanically solid, spare the exhaust and ABS.
- Interior condition is very good, no major stains, carpet is good.
- Body condition is overall good with some usual paint cracking/scratches after ten years. Before the accident people would say 'it looks brand new'.
- Power windows, power locks, leather seats.
- Automatic Tranny.
- Tires are fine and past inspection in January, alloy wheels.
I can provide pictures if necessary, if you'd like you can come check it out too. I bought this car just this January for $3000, shame it got damaged but I have another car so I'm not wasting time on it. $300 takes it and you can drive it home. Willing to negotiate but no silly offers. Even if you just needed body parts that's a good deal, run the car off a cliff for all I care.
This has to go immediately and if no one replies within a few days it's destiend for a junk yard. I will not part this out, I am not a mechanic.
