I have a chance to get a race ready block built that will hold 700 hp for $5200 Canadian. Am I getting a good deal or is that too much.

A turbo kit $3700 CDN T3/T4 turbo, includes turbo manifold, fuel pump, injectors, Intercooler and piping, blow off valve, waste gate, all the oil and fuel lines, and I think a turbo timer. I might have missed a few things but Is that a good deal
