Default Rebuilding the engine to handle a turbo...

So, my Civic has 122,000 miles on it, but the body is still in great shape, so I would like to rebuild the engine so that there are no worries with the coming installation of a turbo.

Do I actually need to rebuild the entire block, or can I get away with just some of it (pistons, rods, etc)?

How much would it cost for just the parts if I did it myself? and how much would it cost to get it done?

Thanks...
