Will this work?

I know ive asked many many questions.. but tomorow im purchasing dc headers and the guy said it was on his b20/vtec and i have a GSR motor, with a 94 civic coupe.. and i have a cat back exhaust.. will the header bolt right up to my stock cat?

The header will bolt to the engine, but will probably need a custom length pipe to bolt to the rest of the exhaust.
