I think it has to be an auto because there are tubes that run from the auto tranny to the radiator for cooling. Check out www.radiators.com. They have quality radiators at a good price with a lifetime warranty.

According to a lot of places that sell radiator for civics, it seems that they all fit throughout different generations.

Go to ebay and type in "Civic 92 radiator" under keywords. You'll see that there are radiators designed to work with 92-00 Civics. So-it-seems that it will work. Just make sure you get one that works for automatic, or BOTH.

If you get a used one, make sure there isn't a lot of hard water stains all over the radiator and the fan shroud. If it does have that white residue, you're getting a radiator that has seen it's share of overheating.
