Default I've got a head scratcher question?

I have a 1996 civic hx coupe...and yes I am sorry to say but it is bone stock. I have a CEL on, and although this may seem common. Here comes the stumper part. I jumpered out the computer to get the CEL to flash the error code and got a 48 (lean air fuel sensor). No one at the shops around here knows what that is. I put a snap-on obd II reader on it and got an error code (Air metering). Only problem I don't have a map sensor on my car. The car is also hesitating very badly and stumbling along. I performed a vacuum test with no results, everything is ok there. I am hearing that it is the above o2 sensor not my after, Any help here tech guys would BE AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!! please help I'm desperate.

You have a MAP sensor you don't have a MAF sensor.

You do have a MAP sensor. It's located on the top of your throttle body:

Also, there is no HX coupe, only hatch... h:
