My car got broken a few weeks ago, subs and amp were stolen along with my deck. Well they busted through my dash with no remorse to get to it and now I have to replace the plastic piece that surrounds the heating apparatus and the DIN hole, it also travels on the left side of the steering wheel and I am wondering how hard is it to replace? I know I have to work from behind, because I saw the screws holding it in place, just wanted to know if someone has done it before. TIA

You have to remove the dash in order take that off.

 

Well how about installing it back on?
