Default :crossesfingers: I put my first offer in today.

I left a little early today to meet with my realtor at a couple properties I've been interested in. They are pretty similar, and in the same neighborhood. Both built at the same time and are condo-ish but considered a "house" since they are about 10-15 feet apart. There are monthly association fee's that aren't too bad.

It's only been up on the market for 2 days and I really liked the inside during the walk thru. The MBR is on the first floor with a jetted tub and seperate shower. Huge walk-in closet, 2.5 BA total, very nice loft, open kitchen, 1 car garage, 2 car driveway, fenced backyard, security system, house is wired for sound, and the living room has a 20ft ceiling.

Hopefully I'll hear some good news back. I never want to fill out that much paperwork ever again. h:

It looks pretty small in the pic, but it's about 1600sqft which is pretty decent for me.

They are in Hampton just off of Fox Hill. Not far from the interstate and in a good area. The freegn neighbors to the right of that house had a new Range Rover and a Lexus. h:

Pretty much. There are about 100 or so all in one development. Theres a small lake in the center of it all.

Yup, this one is $214,900. So my mortgage would be around $1600+. :hsughr:
