Default Good News!

I'm going in for my physical agility testing on May 20th for the local Sheriff's office as a reserve deputy!

So... who has some get-sarah-in-shape-to-do-21-push-ups tips? haha h:

Please, DON'T derail my thread (ahem, Shawn and company).

Start doing pushups....get used to doing them. Then try some weighted pushups to build up your strength.

push ups!

Start today and set a benchmark for yourself. Say ... 10?

Do 10 push ups in the morning, and 10 in the evening. Increase your count by 1 every 2 days. You'll be at 21 in no time.

300m run in 71 seconds
21 push ups (no time limit)
30 sit-ups in one minute
1.5 mi run in 14 min 31 seconds

the running part i'm not TOO worried about and the situps aren't too big of an issue.. i have weak upper body strength (as most women do) so that's where i'm worried.

running starts tomorrow morning at 6 am  heh
