i just switched insurance from direct to republic
my rates went from 350/mo (actually, every 20 days) for our 01 Camry and my 02 WRX to 225/mo (30 days) for the Camry, the WRX and liability on my Civic.

I pay about $106/mo on the S2K with state farm for full coverage and low deductibles.
