Georgia General Assembly - HB 1259
If you do any type of network security or computer forensics and report to any board, committee, court, the state of GA has made it a felony to practice without having a Private Investigator License. This new law goes into effect July 1st 2006. Consultants are now going to have get a license or shut down.

So if I set my wireless router to have 128 WEP Encryption so noone else is authorize to share my wireless network, then I'm violating the law - in a felony case??
edit: NVM, it's for consultants and contractors who're doing business. Home private matter should be okay I guess.
