turbo throttle body

Default turbo throttle body

i have a turbo in my civic and was wondering if porting my throttle body would make any difference since i have f.i. thanks any info appreciated

It would be about the same as what a throttle body would do. More air is always better though.

The intake manifold may help your low end helping your spool up.

Not really. If anything, it will act like it does on an N/A engine and reduce low end power while making more high end power because it flows better.

In my case, I have no idea since I am at 180 ft/lbs of torque by 4000 rpm anyway.

The less restriction you put on the air flow into the motor, the better. Port matching and better flowing intakes will be much more efficient. I'd focus on the intake manifold itself and also possibly a smooth flowing exhaust manifold like Full Race and/or LoveFab before doing anything to the TB. I never upgraded the TB and made plenty of power with it.
