Default auto tranny question

does the trans fluid go in the same place as the power steering fluid? because i took out the power steering and the tranny seems to be bumping into gear?

No. Check your trans fluid to see if its low or not. Power steering has nothing to do with trans fluid.

what do u mean by bump? as in grinding whenever ur shifting or what?

Its an auto tranny so i think he means shid=fting real hard into gear not a smooth transfer.

yeah it shifts hard into gear sometime, not all of the time. i couldnt find a tranny fluid tank and on my old car power steering and tranny fluid went in the same place.

theres a stick that says trans fluid like hidden behind the engine almost its kinda hard to find you have to get way down there to see it and if its shiftinf bad replace the filter that useually fixes the problem
