Default Lacking Power

Hey guys,
I need some advice. I recently did a tune up for my 96 civic. BUt the car still feels slugish. I was thinking of changing the fuel filter and the intake system. Do you think there's any other parts that need changing?

try some seafoam. that stuff helps clean out the carbon on your valves, and you can put it in your fuel system and crankcase too. i used some on my car before a tune up and it helped alot

Try replacing the fuel filter and buy a K&N filter first and the car would run a lot smoother.

You'll know it is the cat when you hear rattling or cracking sounds when your exhaust is bolts are tight and your car revs slower and sounds quieter... It'll sound like you have a cheese grater wedge inside your exhaust.
