o2 sensor prob

So I got the codes P0138 and P0136 off my Obd2 scanner once the check engine came on. 1 of the 2 O2 sensors are faulty. Getting better mileage out of it. Should I change 1 or both O2 sensors? Do I risk clogging the Cat if I don't?

What are those codes for O2 Sensor and O2 Sensor Heater? Usually one throws off the other..find out which one and fix it.

P0138 is for high voltage o2. P0136 is for the o2 circuit. Just for fun I disconnected the primary heated o2 sensor (downpipe) and got P0135.
