Default HELP!!! my passenger seat

HEY GUYS.....

i drive a 99 honda civic coupe, and needed help on how to fix my passenger seat...when i go to slide the seat forward, it wont budge, and same with going backward, how do i go about fixing it??? any diy instructions very welcomed....

check under your seat to see if anything is caught on the sliders.

Sometimes the lever comes undone. It will disengage the left side of the seat but the other side towards the door wont move. Break out a flashlight and look for anything disconnected/ or like teg said caught in the slider.

Unbolt the seat. Four bolts, two in front and two in back. There should be a spring under the seat that pulls it back and keep tension on it when you pull it forward. More than likely that spring is jacked up some how. Either came off the mount or is caught up on something. Thats going to be the easiest way to find the problem. Shouldn't take more than 30 minutes. good luck
