Default would replacing radiator cause AC not to work?

My AC worked last summer, I turned it on today and no cold air at all. Between last summer and now, I had the radiator has been replaced. Would that have anything to do with it not working.

Probably not. Older A/C systems often spring random leaks, so if it has been leaking since last summer it would be completely discharged by now.

It is possible the condenser was damaged during the radiator swap. A recharge with leak finder and a UV light will help find the problem.
