I have a gsr and have had my seat in and out about 30 times. I am not sure if other models are the same as the gsr rear seat but I am sure they are similar. Start by folding down the back of the seats and removing the pop in clamps holding the carpet on once those are removed on both sides let seat down about half way and push from the middle to the rear panel of car that will remove the back do this on both sides. then you will see 1 bolt on your left bolted into body remove it and push seat belt buckles down threw seat fold it up and work it out of the front there are two pop in brackets wiggle it around and it will eventually come out. Hope this helps I get mine out in like 1 minute 23 seconds now I have done it so many times I counted lol.

There is only the single bolt. Just pull the cushions up and toward the front and they will eventually pop out. There are two hooks on the front of the seat holding them on.

^ as he said.... 1 bolt...

the crack between the back and butt of the seat on the passenger side is hiding this bolt
get an extension... remove it

pull up on the butt part (where ur knees go) there are two weak clips there... they'll pop right out.... now pull that seat out of the way

the back of the seat has a large metal bracing in the middle with pins for each of the back going into it... you need to push the seat one way... lift out that side... then pull it out of the other side....looks like this

[_(.....seat......)_]

same on both sides... pull it all out ... DO NOT LOSE THOSE CLIPS THAT HOLD THE CARPET ON!... im still too lazy to go buy em from acura. and don't lose that bolt either.. you will wanna put those seats back in eventually
