I have a 91 integra with some engine work done to it. The car has an idel problem in that it idels up and down from around 1000rpm to around 1700rpm. I've had it worked on to try to find the problem but not totally sucessful. We block off the idel air control at that kinda helped in that the car does idel good part of the time. And alos have a cranking problem, the engine will spin over but won't crank up. Done replaced the fuel pump and was getting fire and wouldn't start. Now it's not getting fire and won't start so now i'm looking at the distributor. Any help would be great, thx.

 

I am having a problem similar...i need to find out how to change a distributor for an LS model 91 integra..i have the parts..i just need to know how to put it on..if anyone knows...please help a girl out ;-)

 

to the OP... have u replaced your cap and rotor inside of the dist? what "engine mods" are you talking about?... have u ever changed out ur injectors?

research into sea-foam it could do you some good.
