I would buy neither.

The pads I can't comment on, but I hear awful things about EBC pads.

I would get Brembo blanks or slotted rotors. And Hawk or Axis pads. NOT DRILLED.

^^ That pretty much sums it up. Blanks or slotted rotors are your best bet, and yeah EBC are kinda crummy...they're better than stock, but for the money there's much better, Hawk and Axxis, and those will last you longer.

^agreed
my buddy had slotted drilled and went through pads so often it was sick. ive had blanks and the stopping is better but the pads last like 4 times his. you dont need slotted drilled for daily driving. unless you drive crazy ALL THE TIME. Brembo blanks are cheaper, last longer and are real brembos. some of those on ebay are fake. the ones u see slotted and drilled are done up by people in shops. bad idea! blanks arent flashy, but they are better
real slotted will help u stop better BUT they will eat your pads
go blanks

i've been doing rotora slotted (not drilled) + axxis pads (i think)... and yes... slotted is like a cheese grater on the pads.. but the rotors are lasting forever... it's quite nice
