I would. It won't kill your motor, but it is wise to replace it.

Do you need a part number?

well im boosting it and the motor will be under pressure, but not here. the thing is im 0 for 2 with a drill out. so i really dont feel like trying again. i just dont wanna put everything back on. hit full boost and something go cuz of that. that area is near the cam seal which i just replaced(thats why it was off) so im wondering if oil can get through there. but it still seems very tight.

Part# for the bolt? if there is one, sure.

So the bolt is completely broken off without anything to grab onto with vice grips?

The part number is 95701-08050-00. $.88 a pop at acuraparts247.

That really isn't a good thing. Have you tried using a bolt out tool instead of drilling?
