Intermittent ilding

Okay! here's the problem, my 94 Ls has a major fluctuation in its idling especially when it's cold. Does anyone have any info about this issue or how to fix it? Thanx in advance.

Oh! from what I heard it could be the IAC or FIT valve but the only problem is I don't know where they're located. So if anyone has any pics or instructions on how to find it please help me out.
