95 Integra sedan B20/vtec.

I installed a new fuel filter this morning. Idel is now at 1500 and vtec is dead.

Also I used that seafoam on my car put some in the crankcase and some in the manifold. No cel's and Vtec was working yesterday after seafoam and b4 installing the new fuelfilter today.
