Default b16a1 spark plugs

i just got my car out of the shop about a month ago. i had a new head gasket put in, some wiring, new distributor and alternator and a new ecu installed. this morning i went out to start my car and it started but then died. it started rpm's went up to maybe 2 and dropped to 0 in the matter of a second or two. i tried to start it again and gave it a little gas and it started up just fine. the idle has been kinda rough lately also, does anybody have an idea what the problem may be? i think the spark plugs are bad and plan on changing them tommorrow and maybe some new wires. what size plugs do i need? do they need to be gapped? do yall think it could be something else that caused it to die like that?

if ur car is stock... don't worry about the gap... just look for the ones that are compatable w/ 91LS

and as far as size and part #....
standard NGK - BCPR5ES-11
iridium NGK - BCPR5EIX-11
V-Power NGK - BCPR5E-11
Platinum Bosch - FR8DPX
NGK Blue wires - HE56

just to give you a rough idea... NGK blues for the wires....

I had the exact same problem you had, I have a 91 LS also, I had a very rough idle, espoecially when col, I put in the NGK V-Powers and a new cap and rotor, and now it is idling fine when cold and seems to be running better, my plugs were definitely worn.
