[Known Problems]
Gas tank has a very slow leak from the neck. I fully believe it can be fixed easily by dropping the tank. Something I have very little motivation to do.
Drivers side motor mount is going bad, moves slighly during hard acceleration at lower speeds. You can hear it from inside the cabin.
Clutch grabs a bit high IMO but it doesnt slip (it may be just me..two friends find nothing wrong with it)
Rear Defogger works when it wants to.
Odometer has been rolled back.
Drivers Auto Seatbelt stuck in "open" position. (can be fixed by any Acura dealership free of charge due to lifetime warranty on seatbelts)
[Story]
I picked this car up for another Honda-Tech member with the intent to turbo it and do all this fun stuff to it.
I ended up finding out that the 126,000 mile Integra I bought was really a 226,000 mile integra.
Carfax is clean except for the odometer rollback..I do not have one at the moment (was on computer..but hard drive crashed) however I have viewed it and confirm it is clean.
It seems the one who did the rollback lives not too far from me in PA (HT member I bought it from was from NJ) and at a mall parking lot one day I ran into an old friend of his. He came up to me and asked about the car and told me it belonged to a friend of his a little while back. He swore he knew nothing about the rollback but told me the motor was rebuilt by his buddy a couple years back..of course this is here-say and I can only go by what he said..but I see no reason for him to lie as he came up to ME inquiring about the car and volunteered information regarding what he knew.

As you can hopefully see, I'm a very honest person when it comes to this. I've tried to list every single thing I can off the top of my head and have told you about the car from top to bottom. The car runs great, idles at 750 rpm (OEM Spec) and starts on the first turn. In case you didnt already notice, I was planning on keeping the car..but I'm honestly just bored with it. this is my fourth car in 1½ years. I dont beat on the car, hell..I hardly drive it. (my girlfriends 03 lancer is my daily driver) Its a slow car, and I know this. No need to shift at 11k rpm and try to chirp 4th. It just gets me from A to B with a little pep and no worries that i'm going to break down. Any questions or concerns..feel free to ask.
[Price]
$2,600 obo
due to the amount of maintenance and the fact that it was never modified before with the exception of the intake and drop. I realize this is somewhat high and you can pick up an old DC for that or a swapped DA, but I took no shortcuts getting this car to top shape. This also makes room for lowballers.
No flaming of the price, you willbe reported to mods.
[Trades]
I am open to pretty much anything.
Hondas (preferably CRXs and Del Sols), DSMs, VWs
I dont want your money pit and I dont want your half finished project. I dont want your half finished steak dinner.
[Lowballers, Flakers]
please, please do not waste my time..if you shoot me an obnoxiously low offer..it will be ignored.

sorry for the confusion...
the chassis itself is at 226,000 miles. the odometer was rolled back to show 126,000 miles to the buyer before me..whom then sold it to me under the impression that it did indeed have 126,000 on it. a carfax check later revealed the true mileage of 226,000.
i then came to find out that the motor was reportedly rebuilt two years ago, i cant imagine anyone driving a car more than 50,000 miles a year so I say under 100,000 miles. it could be 30,000 for all i know..but i dont want to speculate.
Yes, I am in Pennsylvania..stroudsburg, pa 18301 to be exact for all you mapquest heads.. Right over the PA/NJ border, an hour south of NY and almost two hours from NYC.
