1.How much horsepower gains would i get with a catback,cold air, and headers?

3. are those turbonators any good? and no i didn't mean turbo charger i ment turbonators

 

what hell is a turbo nater? from a catback header and intake you may get 20 hp from all three, getting your head port and polished will get you some power if you do that i suggest you do cams also, what is said motor

 

1. 10-15HP max without any sort of tuning/reflash
2. Depends on how aggressive the P&P and job is and what the rest of your setup is. From an I/H/E and a mild port and polish, 3-4HP maybe.
3. Garbage.

 

if i were you i would just figure out what you want to do first then go out and try to acheive that goal

What engine, I assume your talking about that 350z because civics utilize one header, they have one head. Turbonator? You have to be kidding right..
Why do I have a feeling that your just some tool shed trying to stir up something? maybe i'm wrong but your questions seem double sided..
