I have problem with charging. Is there any relay, what's controlling it. Because I touched some wires near the coil and alternator starting to charge without any problems. After stopping I tried to start, the same problem appeared again, I touched wires again and it starting to charge . Looks like some relay.
Please help me find the problem and sorry for my english.

your battery could be bad. test that.

 

Battety is ok
