There is a local ad for 14" 1995 Civic CX wheels, silver steel with chrome centers. 14"?

If they were 14", two questions:

Objective — would they be the same size as the black EX steel wheels of that year, and thus direct replacement/compatible (clear the Nissin calipers)?

Subjective — if so, do you think they'd look crappy on a Horizon Grey Couple EX? Sleeper mentality.

If they came off a CX, I don't think they'd be 14" wheels. As far as I know, steelies that were 14" were all black (unless he painted them silver).

Alternatively, why not just get one wheel from a scrap/junk yard instead of getting 4 new wheels?

 

Yes, that may still happen. But, I hate hubcaps. Hence, if those were 14", I'd be game for a change.

I actually have four 14" HX wheels, but two of the four have bad curbage (not from me), and I'm not sure I want to run spacers on the front (to clear my calipers).
