Default Transmission Questions? Important

I know I need one of my bearings changed I think it is called output bearing in the tranny, the one that is when your foot is off the pedal. It knocks when I'm idling, could I expect a better grap of the clutch? And also when I get to a high rpm and switch the gear sometimes goes in weird, kinda like a grind, any ideas?

My clutch is new and I dont think it is my throw out bearing cuz that bearing is for when you press down on the pedal. I think it is call output bearing or pilot bearing that is used when you take your foot off the pedal.

Does anyone know about the different bearings in a transmission?
