Default is this a good price for a civic??

this civic im looking to buy is a 97 ex coupe with 186k on the chassis and a new swapped d16y8 with about 86k miles on it...condition is good and is selling for $4200...is this a good price?? or can i go lower...thanks...just wanna make sure im not getting ripped off

it doesn't seem bad to me. but i would always try and go lower.

would the value of the car go back up with the insurance?? and what would it say on the carfax?? will it show the mileage on the new motor or chassis still?? thanks

i doubt it will have any effect on your insurace. as for carfax i don't know.

i doubt the new swap would be on carfax... unless whoever did it was legit, and reported it. there is alot of "depending on" in that question...

yea it was a professional speed shop that did it...do speed shops report things like this??
