Question about, Ignition signal, is it 5 volts or 12volts? On 96-99 civic si B16a2 (with distributor)?
On the Trust Greddy e-manage ultimate Jumper Chart, Jumper #:8 is about Ignition Output Signal and you have to options; "(1 - 2) which is 5Volts" or "(2 - 3) which is 12Volts"
Should the setting be (jump 1with2) or (jump 2-3)?

According to this: http://www.ff-squad.com/tech/ecu/obd2a.Aplug.gif, the ICM signal is sent as a 10 volt signal with the engine running and 12 volts with the key in the III position.
