just take a look at the back of the altezzas that you have, there should be 4 studs on each light. then take the corresponding light and look where it goes on the car. then you go in the trunk and pull away the carpet that covers the housings for the lights(there could be clips there too but just yank them out). there would be 4 10mm nuts holding each light on the car, undo them and just pull the light out. then after that twist the sockets on the bulbs then pull them out, repeat for the other 3 lights. then for the installation just to a reverse proceedure.
edit: after you're done putting the lights on, take pics so we can all say they look ugly. you'll also notice that the lights wont line up correctly with the body either.
