..... it apears to be a foam pad that you wrap around your gas line with..... "Neodymium Rare Earth Magnets" and it helps ionize the feul before it mixes with the air..... and its vehicle specific...

now im a sucker for silly ebay goodies... i even got the "voltage stablizer" .... $30 and curiousity is a deadly combination......... but.... anyone can enlighten me on this newest technology?

I'd say if it's too good to be true then mostlikely it is. Most stuff on Ebay are junk like the Tornado or the cheapy coilovers.

The new technology is very easy to explain...............scam.
I don't feel bad for any sucker who buys one.

If you combine all the ebay gas savers and performance enhancers such as this item....you would never have to buy gas again and you'd have 3 times the power of a stock car with only these select few mods..

Get this item, the tornado, and the gas pills you should be making about 75% more power, and burning 50-65% less fuel....amazing how that works...all for about $125....

 

This has been around a while. If you look on the JDM sites you'll find "zomg top fuel fuel magnetizer thingys wow!" which clip around the fuel like just like that and supposedly line up all the happy fuel molecules (right before they get smashed through the fuel filter).
