91 Honda Civic
Ok guys I need your help,
I am used to working on American cars and have recently gotten a Honda and love it but I can not get it to pass colorado emissions.. It is failing at the HC PPM part of the test at idle. I have takent he test twice so far and the first time the reading was at 335 at idle and I replaced the plugs and wires and had it retested and now am at 237 I need to be below 220. What more can I do ????????? It has also recently had a oil change and new filters......

Yup O2 sensor, maybe pour in some of that stuff from Pep Boys that guarnetees you pass emissions.
Also try some fuel injector cleaner.
