3 different components do not work. the climate controls, power mirrors, and rear defroster... not a single one of them works at all. the climate controls dont light up, havent had time to check that, but i have checked every single fuse in the car and not a single one of them is blown. any ideas what could be going on, or what the 3 might have in common? btw, this is in a 93 civc ex

 

k so this is a response to myself... i had an idea today... i tested the power mirror control thingie and there is no power going to it... my idea is that i take power from another source (for example the cig lighter) and route that to the mirror controls since the only apparent problem is that its not getting power... is this a safe idea... ive never delved this far into car electronics troubleshooting so i need some help from the pros. and if it does work, is it cool to just leave it powered off of that? as well as the other components that arent working? need some suggestions guys!
