I have come to the conclusion thats its going to cost me way too much to do a 5speed conversion along with my engine swap so I need to know which motors outside the d-series come in automatic. Maybe later on down the road I can do the 5 speed but for now out of my budget. So my question is what motors outside the d-series come with automatic transmissions. Thanks!

 

The LS motor came in auto, you can also get a GSR, ITR or b16 and put an LS auto tranny on it

 

so tru......but how good are the ls tranny's in auto, long lasting?

 

ya there long lasting a 5spd will probally brake before an auto tranny brakes

 

So I guess my best best is to go with the engine i wanted, the GSR, and then just bolt on an LS tranny until I can afford the 5 speed convert which I can just bolt up a gsr 5 speed tranny. Thanks bro!

Thanks for the input bro but I called the shop, I know how much they want and I know how much I got to play with. So yeah, it will cost me to much, or more than I want to pay right now, to do the 5 speed conversion.
