Default Civic LSI power cuts out

hi,

ive got a 1994 honda civic 1.5 LSI SOHC non vtec. the car has a full exhause system and a decatb pipe and an stainless steak manifold. recently the car started to cut out power while driving. ocassionally when driving over 20 mph the car starts to lose power and u can hear poping sounds in the exhaust but no some is getting out. even if u put ur full down full all that happens is u can hear poping sounds in the exhause like sumthing is stck in there. the car does not move even when reved to 5-6000 rpm. it goes say when the car stops dead still for a couple of seconds. can any body help me to solve this problem please.

thanks

Default problem solved

i heard some ticking sound coming from the distributor so i checked it and noticed that one of the plugs had come out and was resting by the distributor so i pluged it back in and the ticking sound went. so i assume that this was causing the problem. thanks for the help.
