when my passengers leave, they almost always slam the doors.. maybe they think the door is too heavy and have to slam hard? ... or the door wouldn't close with such a gental push..?..

can I install rubber on the door?..

..or adjust the door springs to be less sensitive?

tell them to stop being fawkheads, scream at them a few times Worked for me, also keeps them from leaning against the car while you are parked somewhere. If you scream at them and they get mad then they are bitches that dont belong in your car anyways.

 

The next time someone slams it punch them in the damn throat.

I'm always telling my friends not to slam my 5 pound door.

 

1/2 the time it's girls in my car, and i know they will slam so i seem 'nice' by opening the door for them....do that for your guy friends ... if they give u shit about being gay then

 

lol yup. i do the same thing. ill get out and get the door for them. irls i mean, but if there guys when they go to slam it i reach over and stop it from shuting all the way. then i grab it from inside and shut it........but the ladies do love it when you get their door.
back to the question, yea im sure you can do something like get thicker door seals, try JC hitney or MABYE a dealer

 

people are stupid. i just tell them not to slam it. i don't slam doors in your house or your car. as for girls, yeah i just get it for them, lol. took me forever to train my girlfriend, but she's nice to it now.

 

some rubber stoppers with adhesive maybe? you can trim it down to the desired height. something to this effect, maybe with some strong double sided tape, or, if you can find it, something like this that is made for this type of application:

remember, you want to rubber to be somewhat stiff. think stiff rubber, not rubber band.

 

just tell them to stop closin so hard and show them how much force is needed
