If you can go up on your max, I can work a deal with the owner. Be willing to drive it up to you if you have a deposit down on the car. Anything is workable. Plus it's a 1999.

check out my 98 integra ls with jdm h22 motor. thing is IMMACULATE in and out, carpets look brand new. lots of new parts, good quality (skunk2,tein to name a few) car only needs a new dizzy and reverse fixed, or get a used tranny for cheap. im letting the car go for CHEAP because its currently not running, i have to get it off the property. you can throw a dizzy in this thing and easily resell for AT LEAST 7 grand. let me know if your interested, if i sell for $5k im keeping a few parts, or add some money and take everything as you see it in pics (the covered pics, no rims system as it sits) let me know through pm.

I talked to the owner. He say's make a call and talk to him. I promise you, you wouldn't be wasting a trip to come down here to pick it up. It's a CLEAN CAR. I can take plenty of pictures for you.
