Default Thermostat

If my car doesn't warm up unless it is sitting still, does this mean I need to change my thermostat?

I would go with stock unless you track the shit out of your car or have extensive mods that neccesitate the need to run a cooler block.

Default no

if you dont have very much performance stuff like turbo or something that generates high heat you dont need one plus even though the jackson racing ones are 160f they are cheaply made, and then you will need a fan switch b/c the fan wont engage b/c the 160 thermostat

the fan will still engage at the same temp it used to, you dont need to change it...all the "performance" thermostats do is open sooner.
