JDM B16 Pistons??
I believe my head gasket is bad and when I go get it changed I was going to do my pistons at the same time since it will be right there. What pistons does everyone suggest for all motor. I'm not trying to go to make it a weekend car only but make it pretty powerful for daily driving.
I'd stick with pr3 in that case if doing an oem build. 10.4 compression is more than enough. there are a few people with well over 200whp with less than 11:1.
I would mill the head slightly to get some compression, and run a thinner headgasket.
When you reassemble the engine you might want to get the rods renotched for GSR rod bearings as they are skinnier and made of better material than b16's. it'll be good for a few ponies and add reliability.

So I should just stick to the ones I have? So what about if i want to upgrade the head. I know I said I didnt want no like 10 second car but I want to build the motor to have power. Do you think my block is fine and I could just do the head?
